We study on 64APSK for improving transmission capacity by using 12GHz band broadcast satellite. In this report, we show the way of bit allocation by maximizing channel capacity to apply Set Partitioning method. After that, we indicate the distribution ratio of LDPC coding rate estimated from C/N vs BER simulation before the error correction.
