NHK has been conducting research on advanced terrestrial transmission system combined dual-polarized
MIMO and high-order-modulation OFDM, in order to transmit large volume contents such as 8K Super Hi-Vision. This
paper reports the required field strength measured by field experiments in Hitoyoshi area, during 2013-2017.
