In this research, low noise nondestructive readout pixels are developed. In the conventional pixel structure, since reading is performed by the floating diffusion , the charge once read is lost. In the proposed pixel structure, a signal is nondestructively read using a floating gate. Measured characteristics and pixel simulation are described.
