In this paper, we propose an effective multiplexing method of transport stream for the digital broadcasting. Especially for mobile service, it is one of the problems to minimize delay and jitter in the narrow bandwidth in case of transmitting various kinds of the broadcasting data. To solve the problem, we develop a new multiplexing method, that is, it controls the timing of the transport stream transmission. Also we build a test system and verify the effect of proposed method. Test results show the effectiveness of our approach.
