On the basis of the heat convection Fabry-Peort, thermal expansion and thermo-refractive index, We deduced a relation of low power optical bistability with eigen F-P cavity. The experiment was carried out with He-Ne laser and F-P cavity filled with 5CB liquid-crystal film.
