Abstract
As recent technical progress in color image coding and input and output systems such as scanner and printer, color images are becoming to be treated as digital data in many case. According this trend, demands for transfer these data to a remote terminal or interchange them between different systems are increasing day by day. As the increase of these demands, several kind of standardization works for the interface of these systems are carrying out. In this paper, some example of such works are introduced, especially for color facsimile, color representation method in the internet, and ICC profile.
