適応イメージセンサ : 動きと明るさに基づく蓄積時間の適応化

We propose an adaptive integration sensor for image enhancement and wide dynamic image. The Adaptive integration sensor is able to control snitable integration time pixel by pixel. Integration time of each pixel is controlled by salutation and temporal changes of delected incident light. The proposed sensor has compmtational elements on the local phane that detects motion and saturation of the integrated charge on photo diode in each pixel. By controlling integration time. It is expected to have high temporal resolution in the moxing area. High SXR in the static area and wide dynamic image. We have fabricated a prototype using CMOS 1.0〓 prosess and show results of some experiments.
