A memorandum digital camera has been developed. It uses q-VGA CCD image sensor.ASP (analog signal processor). DSP (digital signal processor) and size LCD. Input image size and display image size is the same on pixel number. Users can take and store images as seen. Image pixel number is 320×240. The LCD is a B/W transmissive type TFT. The back_lighting is Red. Green and Blue LEDs. With these devices the memorandum digital camera can show clear images without false color at the contrast edge.
