We had developed field strength simulation system "ERIAKAKUBEH".This system is possible to simulate the abusolute service area of the analoge terrestrial TV and the new service area of the digital terrestrial TV. We had approached to develop the approximate formula and the results was nearly equaled to the measurement value. This paper discribes consideration of characteristic urban propagation, effect of the antenna direction pattern, and D/U.
