Abstract
In the personal computer market, flat display moniters and short length display moniters have been acting main part, and demands for display moniters having both flat and short length features have been increasing. However, this flat wide deflection CRTs will have the problems of both raster distortion and misconvergence increase. Therefore, in order to develop the flat wide deflection CRTs, it is indispensable to solve these problems with deflection yokes. Now, we have shown the procedures of the design to optimize both raster distortion free and good convergence, and have eventually developed the basic system of deflection yokes for 46cm100 Degree Deflection Pure Flat Color Display.
