Abstract
This paper present the attenuation data obtaining from an experiment that has been held for 1 year, December 1998 to November 1999. The data, then, were processed and analyzed by statistic methods. Moreover, the analyzed data are also compared to the existent prediction models. The extreme objective of these presents of this paper is to advantage is satellite communication system design for the near future.
