Abstract
The information system in the Yokohama Broadcast Library which opened in October 2000 consists of a data input terminal, data searcher, information desk, and database server which manages the database of TV and radio programs. When a TV or radio program is selected using the data sercher, the information desk issues the viewer's instructions to the viewer system. This paper outlines the configuration and operation of this information system.
