With conventional electronic holography, because the distribution of diffracted light direction is uniform on the whole display screen, there is some region where an entire reconstructed image is not observed so that the region where an entire reconstructed image is observed is limited. In the present study, to enable the effective use of the diffraction capability of holograms, a lens is placed on the display screen to bend the light diffraction direction inward. The region where a reconstructed image is partly observed is vanished at a specified distance, and the width of viewing zone where an entire reconstructed image is observed is enlarged in the vicinity of that distance.
