Abstract

This paper reports a new multipoint fluorescence correlation spectroscopy method using a fast and high sensitive CMOS sensor (CMOS-MP-FCS) which enables to measure both the speed of translational diffusion and the concentration of fluorescent molecules/particles with single molecule sensitivity. The CMOS-MP-FCS achieved a simultaneous multipoint measurement with confocal optics by using multipoint focused illumination of excitation laser generated by a spatial light modulator. In my talk, the CMOS-MP-FCS measurement will be demonstrate.
