In digital broadcasting, the content copyright is protected from illegal use with CAS (Conditional Access System), and subscribers can not watch/listen contents outside their houses. But subscribers require usability of contents. We propose a new type of pre-paid contents viewing system, which improves usability of contents. This system is a combined system of conventional CAS and mobile system, such as mobile phone, and it enables subscribers to watch/listen contents outside their houses with pre-paid tickets.
