In this paper, a new motion vector coding method, which enhances coding efficiency of the H.264/AVC based coding, is proposed. The proposed approach utilizes the knowledge of predicted motion vectors in order to reduce bits required to encode motion vector differences. The experiments show that the proposed method's effectiveness.
