11-5 A Note on Estimation Method of Directional Impression in Images to Apply Transition Effects for Slide-shows

Abstract

We propose a determination method of transition effects for image slide-show based on detected solid surfaces in the image. Experimental results show that it is effective especially in the case that images contain vanishing points or have eye gaze to solid surfaces.
