5-3 A Technique for Animating Impossible Twisted Torus Figures

Abstract

Optical illusion is a three dimensional object made to be an impossible figure when viewed from a specific viewpoint. The viewpoint that realizes an optical illusion is called as an illusion viewpoint. We have proposed a method to automatically generate an optical illusion according to an illusion viewpoint.
