The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively analyze the process of philosophy penetration at the micro-level within a private school based on the philosophy of education. The paper focuses on the stages of behavior based on the philosophy of education, and analyzed the relationship between behavior, empathy, and comprehension at the private school. A philosophy penetration measurement scale was developed based on the investigative methodology of philosophy penetration within a business organization and a statistical survey was conducted using the scale to measure the penetration level of philosophy within the private school. The results revealed that the private school organization had a different philosophy penetration process than that of a business organization. Particularly, they revealed that behavior based on the philosophy of the organization comprises two stages: passive behavior and active behavior. An organization member adopts the passive behavior when he or she empathized with the philosophy, and active behavior according to the level of comprehension of the philosophy. This paper attempted modeling the philosophy penetration process based on this knowledge to behavior in a private school.
