In this paper, the realization of the new two principles called "humanity" and "sociality" combined with the old two principles called "efficiency" and "competitiveness" , which were proposed by professor Masakazu Mizutani, is attempted focusing on the methodology of developing the creativity and passion of employees for the purpose of business innovation by utilizing Problem Solving Method and Session Rule.
