抄録

Manufacturing quality is part of the national identity in Japan, which has been one of the key components of Japanese companies' efforts and shared by people involved in every working floor. Monotsukuri ethics , a corporate ethics from engineering view point, requiring different concept for gijutsu-sha(engineers) and gijutsu-ya (managements with engineering background) respectively, could bring us with further strength to meet current business environment in this country.
