抄録

I emphasize in this paper "The need to start the efforts to build a safety net as a new framework". I would advance the discussion in terms of why it is necessary and what we should work on as a corporate social responsibility, what the country should address, and what the individuals should tackle. As a prerequisite to reach this claim, I propose a hypothesis that the essence of the recent global concurrent recession was one of the necessities in the capitalist society and we almost always end up with the consequential events as long as the capitalist economic activities continue in the future. In order to verify the hypothesis, I start by analyzing the background of the recent global concurrent recession and the facts that occurred. Secondly I validate the actions that each company took accordingly, the essence and the morality of those actions. Thirdly I would propose "The need to start the efforts to build a safety net" which is my conclusion today.
