Recently, global environmental problems become increasingly severe, especially global warming is among the most serious issues facing humanity. In response to this, the Japanese firm is starting various approaches for the CO_2 exhaust reduction to apply the brake to global warming. This study explores approaches of the Japanese firm on environmental problems from the aspect of "Environmental-Oriented Behavior". It shows that "Environmental-Oriented Behavior" is valid approach to global environmental problems, but to cause the action of the local optimization like dealings of the amount of CO_2 exhaust and the Carbon offset, etc. is easily happen by "Negative Aspect" result from "Making of Means Purpose" even though there is a room for CO_2 reduction in the firm.
