This paper presents the legitimacy of corporation's power and domination in the information Age. After the advent of the Internet, personal information is collected in large numbers automatically. As a result, the balance of power between individuals and corporations are overly reliant on business side. The corporation's power and domination has become a problem of legitimacy. For the corporations to be socially accepted, their power must be legitimate. The following four conditions would be pointed. The first one is accountability to the customers. The second is a new role in building relationship with customers by their agreement. The third is a reciprocal relationship with the customers. The fourth is the interdependent relationship under the trustworthy. And last condition is the relationship established by the corporations that pay regard for customers.
