This study aimed to present specific strategies to realize the employment of persons with disabilities as a continual corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to present principles sought by persons with disabilities and corporations. This is important to both the persons with disabilities and the corporations involved in continuing the corporation's essential business by enhancing the employment quality wherein persons with disabilities can engage. Based on results from the author's research into special subsidiary companies and industrial workshops, the policies are to structure the human resource management out of consideration necessary for persons with disabilities, to substantiate the same by heightening the capabilities of staff with disabilities, and to develop jobs. Similarly, the employment principle should be that of staff as stakeholders contributing to the corporation and society than that of supporting the weak. The significance of such employment as CSR lies in the fact that anyone could have a disability.
