In recent years, with the progress of medical technology and the aging of the society, the demand for medical care is constantly increasing. However, vicious medical accident are continuously occurring. In this regard, taking appropriate
treatment decisions are often difficult for the health care workers. Therefore, this paper suggests a health care system that prioritizes the prevention of medical accidents.
This paper focuses on the cause of the occurrence of medical accidents, and another objective is to clarify the characteristics of the medical corporation. Based on this research, we would like to examine what is the ethics system, which is required for medical corporations in order to prevent medical accidents.
