It is a game to play according to rules. Japanese business circles have made light of the rules. There has not been the game. In future, it will be necessary to establish clear and impartial rules, and to play the game according to the rules. But the game cannot be played on too strict rules. Because there is not freedom, autonomy, responsibility and vitality.
