Abstract
The esthetic demands of patients are increasing in daily clinical practice, and the treatment of theanterior dentition, in particular, is directly related to the esthetic satisfaction of the patient. However, focusing solely on individual teeth often fails to optimize overall facial aesthetics. Successful rehabilitationrequires a comprehensive diagnostic approach that integrates extraoral factors such as facial and oralmidlines, smile lines, occlusal plane, and the dynamic lip-tooth relationship. A patient presenting witha chief complaint of poor anterior aesthetics underwent thorough examination, involving the collectionof extensive intraoral and extraoral data. The treatment plan was established via a diagnostic waxup, followed by close consultation and collaboration with the dental technician. The final treatmentwas executed using laminate veneers to ensure a minimally invasive and tissue-preserving outcome. The utilization of the diagnostic wax-up enabled the precise alignment of therapeutic goals with patientexpectations, thereby ensuring patient satisfaction with the final rendered treatment.
