In the field of second language acquisition in Japan, it is realistic to aim for a certain level of second language proficiency by utilizing ICTs and multimodal communication resources. It is also necessary to have a cooperative and supportive attitude among members with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and to be able to talk about experiences and achievements in one's own language. The purpose of this study is to conduct Project-Based Learning (PBL) through tourism education and multimedia content creation and to identify the results and issues from the perspective of instructional design. Field research was conducted to recognize the gaze of Hokkaido tourism, and the learning results were created as a short movie. We also focused on multimodal communication during the video creation between international students and conducted a qualitative evaluation.
