Throughout one year, we discussed foreign language education and international understanding in lectures at Keio University (Independent Research Seminar). We summarized it and presented at JACTFL's Symposium "Pioneering the Future of Foreign Language Education: Foreign Language Education for a Sustainable Future". In this presentation, after explaining the specified books of this seminar, we point out the bias of English in foreign language education. We recorded the oral presentations on these issues including the experiences of each member with supplementary notes.
