Abstract
All or most industries have enjoyed their own high growth in the past 20 years. Moreover, an evolutional age, that is beyond our imagination, is about to come in a few decades. The evolution would overthrow our traditional sense of values and common sense and trigger a great transformation. Many of companies, however, have been still living comfortably and peacefully in the current framework. Hence, establishment of clear vision for the future which will come after the transformation period gets over should be considered as the greatest importance NOW. What is required for business owners is to take strong initiatives to encounter the transformation age to come, to change a direction to head for and to establish a brand new vision for the future. Here, providing coaching to such business owners takes a great role, to provide them with some reliable advice and heads-up and to assist their decision making for the purpose of establishing the clear vision for the future.
