Abstract
In this study, I conducted an empirical research to analyze corporate behavior that building on the point of view of innovation theory. In this paper, innovation is defined that doing something new but different from the progress. It can overcome irrational things and influence to both market and management results. The subjects of this study are lodging industry with high customer satisfaction, long-established lodging industry, and elected hospitality management companies. It is confirmed that there are difference of corporate behavior by its founding years and the size of the accommodation. In addition, I have also discussed measures to realize hospitality for the stakeholders.
