Abstract
This paper aims to advocate fee business in the area of the made-to-order group tours. It has been said that the travel industry should change its profit model from commission business to fee business. However, the definition of so-called fee business is still unclear, case by case or person by person. After defining the fee business in this paper, I would like to illustrate how the fee business can be applied in the made-to-order group tours which contain MICE factors.
