The research of the overseas travel insurance in Japan is not advanced compared with that of other automobile insurances and the fire insurances. As a starting point of the research of overseas travel insurance the purpose of this research is to clarify the birth and historical changes of policy conditions of the overseas travel insurance in Japan.
