As the origin of study about ambiguity and purpose for “Tourism-Based Community Development”, this research tried to form by typifying the town walking events and hands-on visitor experience events which are the mainstream of “Tourism-Based Community Development” lately, and organize a relationship between the regions and characteristics of events. As a result, this research roughly divided into three typical patterns. Type1 is independent financially and operate independently of administration. Type2 is included or connected with tourist campaign of administration. Type3 is main axis of tourism administration and community development. So, Type3 has little conventional tourism resources, but has been continued. Therefore, it can be said that it is a case in point to study essential qualities of “Tourism-Based Community Development”. After this, it needs to be advanced research related to efforts of Type3, including residential suburbs, which is very little research in previous studies.
