Abstract
The storehouse of Oxytrol system has two room, one was that oxygen concentration was controlled 4 % with filling nitrogen gas and the other was that atmosphere was not controlled, but the temperatures of two rooms were regulated the same. And Musk melon and Garden pea were stored to separate in the two rooms of the storehouse.
The evaluation of storage effect was done about the appearance and chemical components of the materials. The appearances of Musk melon and Garden pea after store were better on the storage of Oxytrol system. The saccharose in Musk melon was more on the storage of Oxytrol system at 28 days. The vitamin C in Musk melon showed to decrease on the control at 7 days and on the storage of Oxytrol system at 14 days, was always more on the storage of Oxytrol tystem. The vitamine C in Garden pea increased on the both storages and was more on the storage of Oxytrol system at 10 days.
