Separation and Analysis of Carbohydrates

Abstract

Some fine separations and analyses of oligo-and poly-saccharides by the use of recently developed tools for HPLC, namely separation on a graphitized carbon column and detection with a pulsed amperometric detector, are presented. In addition, structural analyses of branched cyclodextrins by FAB-MS and 13C-NMR spectroscopies are outlined.
