In summer, there are people who live opening and closing windows to adopt outside air without cooling equipment. On the other hand, there is a tendency of a condensation occurring in July and June in Japan. On July 2013, at the first floor of the general collective housing of Kitakyushu, it has been reported that because water stain occur on the floor, the resident moved to the second floor. In this study, we measure and try verification of the cause, and verify possibility of a under floor condensation in the case of life to introduce the outside air with standard summer of data. In addition, we compare under the floor among different living patterns. We revealed (1) According to measuring of removing the floor, it is high the possibility that because under floor condensation water transfused through timber block and reached the wall and floor, general collective housing have had the water stain. (2) We made the same model as measuring model, and we were able to recreate under floor condensation. (3) In simulation software "THERB", it is high the possibility that a condensation occur on the under floor surface in summer especially the end of the rainy season, outside air is warmed
