Simulation and Optimization of Rural Building Energy Consumption under Two Different modes in Zhejiang Province

In recent years, rural tourism is rising in Zhejiang rural area. A lot of rural buildings transferred from the function of living to the combination of living and business. Field surveies were taken in Anji Ligeng village and Zhoushan East Sea Fishing village, and the results showed that the energy consumption of the rural buildings carried out agritainment management was much higher than traditional rural buildings. Then one typical rural building was chosen and simulated by using Design builder software under present living mode (Practical situation) and business mode (Simulation situation) respectively. Furthermore, several energy saving measures were taken and the energy-saving effects were compared and analyzed. The results show that, in all improvement measures, it is the most effective by improving the thermal insulation performance of the external wall to reduce the building cooling and heating energy consumption. The second is to improve the thermal performance of windows and the sunroom. Compared with heat transfer coefficient of the glass, shading coefficient has an obvious impact on building energy consumption in Zhejiang rural area. The improvement of the roof and attic floor, has little impact on building energy consumption.
