With the rapid development of economy, industrial waste water emissions caused serious impact to the environment, so we also began to take action to reduce the pollution of the environment. This design is to SIPING feather waste water treatment plant, waste water treatment scale of 755 m3/ d, the design water as: Q= 755 m3/ d, COD = 1480 mg/L, BOD5 = 592 mg/L, SS = 654 mg/L, animal and plant oil 24 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 49 mg/L. After processing, water-quality should achieve the following: COD ≤100 mg/L, BOD ≤ 25 mg/L, SS 70 mg/L or less, animal and plant oil 15 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen 15 mg/L. According to the water quality characteristics of meat processing waste water, this paper adopted SBR process to dealwith waste water. The process compared with the traditional waste water treatment process, the BOD, COD, SS, have very good treatment effect, short.1) processing, and control of flexible; 2) the system processes structure less, compact, save floor; Saving investment, low operating cost, 30% lower than the cost of traditional activated sludge systems built, sedimentation performance is good, take less active sludge water, high water quality.
