Abstract
Wakefieldite group minerals(La, Ce, Nd, and Y type) and monazites(La and Ce type)were found as REE minerals in Fe-Mn ore composed of hematite, magnetite, calyopilite and rhodochrosite from the iron and manganese ore deposits at the Chichibu northern belt in Shikok, which are Arase, Kunimiyama, Toyama, Nanatsubuchi, Shobu, Hokoiwa and Nagasaki mine.
