抄録

We report Raman spectroscopic studies of magnetite in a diamond-anvil cell under hydrostatic conditions up to 40 GPa at room temperature. With increasing pressure, the frequencies of the three modes A1g, F2g and Eg increase continuously up to about 24 GPa The results of the Raman spectroscopic study about phase transformation are in good agreement with that of the X-ray diffraction study.
