Abstract
Indialite is a high-temperature form of cordierite polymorph, which has high quality factor Qf. It was observed that Ni-doped cordierite phase exhibits high Qf when it transforms to indialite. The indialite based Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) sinterable at 900℃ was obtained by the addition of Bi2O3 as sintering aid. The developed LTCC substrate shows excellent mechanical, thermal and dielectric properties.
