There are many judicial decisions on legal settlement about unincorporated association. But, nothing is theoretically perfect. In this case, the head of unincorporated association made an application for registration of immovables belonging to association under the name of his own. But, the head was changed. Has new head a claim to an alteration of registration on a former head?
