The arising changes were that PHNs “improved their recognition to prerequisite of good practices”,“converted and advanced to better practices”,“developed competencies and self-confidence as a professional”,“promoted cooperative activities among other agencies”,“developed new activities and tools”, and “disseminated outcomes to open domain” through the researchers’ enhancement such as “empowering alongside PHNs”,“empowering as guiding PHNs”,“empowering as inspiring PHNs.” It is required hereafter to develop a suitable education methodology for PHNs’ professional development.
