Abstract
This study aims to make a scale of evaluating an aptitude of nurse.
The purpose of the paper is to abstracts constracting factors.
The investigation is done by mail (rating 75.4% or 1584 persons). Factor analysis is made by 1375 subjects excluding less than two years experience.
The main results were as follows.
(1) Factor (trials) abstracted from characteristic behavior are continuity, etc. Factor abstracted from self image are confidence, etc.
(2) According to the result of correlation between behavior factors as continuity, positively correlates to discretion and challenge and it negatively correlates to anxiety, and behavior positively correlates to challenge, and negatively to anxiety. In the relations of above mentioned factors, confidence relates to the determination and self respect.
(3) The characteristic behavior was analysed multiple regression analysis and according to the standardized partial recursion coefficient, the independent variable which effects continuity is challange, discretion and anxiety. Behavior is exogenous variable with little relation. Independ 4 factors are determination, self respect, coopelation and leniency due to the self image and these factors effect confidence.
Thus the correlation of above mentioned factors became clear when standardizing the criteria of aptitude evaluation.
