Keynote speech: the essence of nursing simulation learning

Abstract

Society is undergoing rapid changes, and with the surge in technology during the COVID-19 pandemic, pushing society towards Society 5.0. As society transforms, future human resource development necessitates a shift towards learner-centered education. While EdTech transforms learning strategies, it is crucial not to lose sight of the essence of human resource development. In this keynote speech, we shared the core principles of each simulation learning training, and together with the participants, we affirmed that the essence of nursing simulation learning is always to develop adaptive expert through learner-centered education.
