Abstract
From product to experience.Market needs to differentiate product and service through offering emotive experience is increasing.When thinking about creating emotive experience,it is important to design timeline ordernotdesignelementsrandomly.Ourtimelineanalysismethodconsidersemotiveelementsin timeline plot designarea.Weframedtimingofemotiveelementsintimeline.Inthisresearch,we focus on verifying hypothesis how emotive elements as Sense,Think,Act,and Relate elements are designed in the movie“Frozen”that are widely well-known and made people moved among ages.We verified the effectiveness of STAR timeline analysis framework.
