Abstract
We held a large-scale workshop 2 times in 2008 and 2018, where all 370 employees gathered together whether or not they were interested. Our technique focuses on the interaction of all employees and sharing successful experiences. It has the following characteristics. The main purpose is the process. All 370 employees gathered in one place. A mixed team of about 12 members will be formed, combining work, organization, age and technology. Many of them are inexperienced in creative techniques (especially in 2008). Within 3 hours, the results of the group will be made into imitation paper. In this paper, we will discuss the practical content and failure cases of the first session, the improved processes and results of the second session 10 years later, and what kind of ingenuity was useful in a large in-house workshop, We will also explain the effects of collaboration by all employees.
