Crowdfunding has been expanded in more than expected speed under rapid transformation of social-economic structure. Vitalization of local economy and renewal of urban infrastructure are among most promising areas for crowdfunding as an alternative finance channel. Background of recent trend as well as opportunities for its future especially real estate related area will be examined in this article.
